Roses Aren't Dead; Violets Are New

And now. In honor of one of my favorite things, I bring you a true story from my day.

I left for work this morning. The bush was green.
My co-worker said it wouldn't bloom.
Apparently I pruned it too late.
Sad was I. I love that bush.
So I researched remedies.
Found nothing helpful.
Came home. Counted:
100 roses in
full bloom.
Nice.
